Returns & Cancellations
Cancelling orders before delivery
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery please email customer service at , who will do their best to fulfill your request. However we cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped.
Returning orders after delivery
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free return for countries within the EU within  calendar days after you received your order, provided that:
- The products are both un-used and unwashed.
- The swing ticket and the original packaging has not been damaged.
Costs of returning your items:
- Cost various returns within the EU
- NOK 160,00 for Norway
- CHF 30,00 for Switzerland
Returning faulty products
When we ship your KGH products we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. If a product reaches the delivery address in faulty condition you have the right to return the product within 24 months.
In that event you will be reimbursed for both the faulty products and the ship to and return shipping costs.
Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the products inappropriately and the product is not faulty due to your conduct.
The claim shall be given within a reasonable time after you discover any fault. Please contact Customer Service,

Occasionally the wrong item may get sent out. If this has happened to you, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact our customer service team who will be able to re-order the correct item for you and arrange for the incorrect product to arrange shipping.
After we receive and process the product you will get refunded. We will process a refund within 3 days after receiving your parcel and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. After you have received the e-mail please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with. We have no control over it. The refunds will be issued based on the form of payment you used when ordering. If we can't do this (e.g. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired) we will send you a cheque to your billing address.
